All logos, branding, class content, and materials are the property of CHIFIT and may not be copied or used without permission.

7. Media & Content Usage

By participating in CHIFIT events, classes, or sessions, you acknowledge and agree that photos and videos may be captured for promotional use. CHIFIT reserves the right to use this content—including your likeness—in marketing materials, social media, website content, and other brand-related platforms.

If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please notify a member of the CHIFIT team prior to the start of the event or session.
